Summer Vacation

The school will close at 12.00 p.m. on Friday, 30 June 2017 for the Summer vacation. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all members of our school community for their courtesy and support during the year. We wish you all a very pleasant summer break and look forward to seeing you all when the school re-opens at 8:50 a.m. on Wednesday, 30 August 2017.

Book Fair 6th – 9th March 2017

Our Book Fair will run from Monday 6 – Thursday 9 March in the school hall. This is a great opportunity for the boys to purchase books at very reasonable prices. In addition, a percentage of the profits made during the Book Fair is returned to the school in free books for our class libraries!

Remembering Ms Olivia Clinton

On 17 January, 2014 our friend, colleague and teacher was taken from us suddenly. As we approach the third anniversary of Olivia’s passing, we remember her in a special way. Olivia was a kind, caring and hardworking teacher. As a friend and colleague, Olivia was extremely generous, thoughtful and considerate. Olivia is sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her. Ní bheidh a leithéid arís ann.

Artists of the Month – January 2017

The Artists of the Month for January 2017 are Helen Frankenthaler (Junior Classes) and Harry Kernoff (Senior Classes). The boys will study these artists and some of their works. Prints of some of the artists’ more famous works will be hanging on the display boards opposite Room 9.

Our floral display !

As part of our Golden Jubilee celebrations this year, all of our pupils planted bulbs in the flower beds in the grounds of our school. They have blossomed beautifully over the summer months and we are looking forward to enjoying the colourful display each year.      9.jpg (600×600)
